Spenser is having the worst season he’s ever had, and he’s on the verge of a crash-out. Plagued by an injury that kept him out for multiple games and a pre-season hookup with his potential dream girl gone awry, he’s trying to find his way back to who he was. When he comes across his dream girl in an Instagram Reel advertising her open house, he decides he has to take a chance and go, even if it doesn’t work out.

Finding her famous one-night stand on the front porch of her open house wasn’t on Mia Kelly’s bucket list, but when Spenser Donovan, star tight end for the Knoxville Kings, comes asking for her to be his realtor, she hesitates to say yes. Especially since that would mean being near him all the time, and she isn’t sure she can handle it. So, she tells him no, but she gives him her boss’s card and tells him to call him.

Not content to take no for an answer, Spenser uses his family name to influence her company to add her to his home-buying team. Impressed but a little annoyed at the same time, Mia agrees – especially since the commission for the sale would be more than enough to cover her down payment for her own home.

As they tour houses and get to know one another, they start to realize that maybe they were meant for more than one night together, and Mia discovers she might enjoy being caught by the tight end.
